Lombok Island
Lombok is an island in Indonesia, located east of Bali.
Where visitors find almost deserted beaches, it is a
relaxing holiday destination. You can get from Bali to
Lombok by plane or boat, approximately one million
tourists visit Lombok every year.
The most popular areas of Lombok are Kuta, Mandalika,
Senggigi, Rinjani, the Gili Islands and Mataram. Although less
developed than Bali, in recent years Lombok has begun to
attract many visitors, especially now that it is so easily ac-
cessible with the international airport and daily fast boats
direct from Bali.
