The fee will cover shared services such as security, waste collection, maintenance of the common area roads, paths, drains and car parks, electricity and gardening area will be fixed in agreement with the owners.
Yes, you are free to use your Villa as much or as little as you wish.
No. If you wish to rent out your Villa, you can choose to manage it yourself, your own property management team or enjoy the ease of our property management service, we will take care of the day to day management.
